After several weeks of trying to get a response I finally received this automated message We apologize for the inconvenience but we are not able to process refunds at this time. Do not use this company They are terrible The website is very bad and the customer service is terrible. I called them and they said it was my own fault because I did not set up my email address correctly and that I needed to change it before my contract ran out. But then when I asked for help getting a new contract the customer service agent told me she could not do anything about it because she was busy with other customers. Do not use this company

designI just signed up for intergalactic.com and added it to my profile. I was expecting a good quality digital agency that would help me with my online presence. Unfortunately I was met with a bad experience. It seems that this company is all about the business of eXtinctionally easy-to-use websites. All of their pages are Evernoteed or whatever you might be using at the time of your visit. They have a very basic interface and the user interface on company intergalactic.com is much more complicated and takes more time to navigate. I had to pause and enter keywords into each page due to the ease of use of it. The results werent as great on mobile where they took forever to start loading videos and forms but in the end I got some really good results from my consultation engagements. So if youre looking for a company that wants to do video and visualization design for your business this is not the right

designI just signed up for company intergalactic.com and my first step was to sign a never ending contract with the company. I did this because I wanted to know what is in their business model. Well it turns out that their business model is anything but sustainable. After signing up for company intergalactic.com I realized that there are no policies or regulations within the digital world that ensure users will be taken care of if something goes wrong or someone doesnt have the wherewithal to fix things right afterward--much less stay on top of a constantly changing fast-paced world full of new and innovative concepts and technologies In fact much like all other aspects of our lives keeping me away from my data and from any action seemed like an impossible ask when I first joined the team at Company Intergalactic.co
