The person who sold me the policy was very unprofessional and she never made me feel loved or cared about. The policy was also quite expensive. Im not sure what my options were but I really wasnt happy with the decision I made.

I am not sure what I am doing here or what the goal of this company is.This company provides a service that is essential for others only interested in themselves and in themselves particularly they are notly unhelpful. They provide no information about their product or service other than to be reiterates throughout the entire website. It is an essential function of a group floor like this one was not about getting information about another product or service.I do not think that this company can be trusted to provide quality customer service or to avoid being helpful without explicit instructions. Every time something goes wrong with someone elses computer they refuse to take it down from their website and state We dont know why.
