I highly recommend avoiding this company. The IT Support person I talked to was very unprofessional and answer all my questions with little or no information. He also made me feel like I was a bother which didnt make the experience any better.

I am not happy with my experience working with IntermixIT. I had a virus cleaned off my computer and then needed to fix a Allen key that was left on my desk. intermixit.com did not offer the service I wanted it did - they said they would but when I sent them an email asking for the key they never got back to me. Finally I called them and they told me that they would get back to me about the key. They never did. The person who should have been dealing with this customer service issue was never contacted again and the computer now says Error The service you received was not as promised.
