I was this companys customer service specialist for 2 years. I would not recommend them to others. They are always busy with their phone and doesnt ever have time to listen to what you want and how you want it. The people at the desk are very fast-paced and never have the day off they need. There is never any meal plan oraboost because the company does not take care of their own side of the equation. I have had to call them a daily when Im out of work or cant get in touch with them which is really frustrating because it seems like they care about their customers. The support staff is good though - just be prepared for hours of conversation without answer.

"I Just Had My Account Took Away"

I just had my account took away and I didnt get any back up on it until they started to take down my posts. Then I realized that everything was being treated as off line and there was no way to view whats been said in the past since my account was taken away so I could see if anyone else had heard anything about it. Which of course they have not. So Im now Of course they are only taking away my account because someone said something about how I was going around unauthorized changes on the internet content. Lets see if we can bring this to a close without having to go through all of this trouble.
