Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. First of all they were incredibly slow in getting my refund - it took almost 2 months Second of all the appeals process was really hard and time-consuming. Third of all I ended up losing my claim because they couldnt find any evidence that I actuallyDenied anything. Overall this experience was absolutely terrible and I would never recommend intersecthealthcare to anyone.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any other healthcare company. I was referred to intersecthealthcare by my friend who also said that it was the best healthcare company she ever worked with. Unfortunately this is not the case at all. My entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unsuccessful. First and foremost they wont let me see my doctor because hes already spoken to another provider They say that I need to wait for their new doctor but my current doctor says Im not going anywhere until they get back to me. Then when they finally do speak with my old doctor she tells me that intersectionhealthcare doesnt actually provide care like they say they do- in fact they just charge more money She even told me that one of their doctors tried to tell her that I needed surgery because of how much pain I was in from their treatments and she refused him because he wasnt qualified SoApparently if youre looking for quality care then
