I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life I called to cancel my order and they told me that because it was on sale I would have to pay for the shipping. I told them that wasnt happening and hung up. Then when I tried today to call back they didnt answer so I left a message. And tomorrow morning their customer service manager called me and said that because of the holiday weekend there were no orders being placed because everyone was out of town. Then she said there were no openings for customer service at all What a joke
