I have had two different companies in the past and they have both been terrible. This one is just as bad. I sent an email to customer service and asked for a refund with no response. I also had another company that made me an Over the Top OT TV without any chance of getting it done quickly. This one just doesnt do anything for me and Im out 100 now.Interstaterock Products is not good at all I have been using their products for 3 years now and have never had such terrible customer service. My first company was much better but this one is nothing alike. I love my new over the top TV but if there are no changes or responses from Interstaterockproducts.com then I am afraid to use them again.
