I have had two different experiences with this company. The first was when I received my phone in the mail. I was very disappointed when I got it. The customer service was not good. They were slow in getting my name and number off of the card. The phone was a little late coming out of the box and they did not care about me or the phone. The second experience was much more positive. They were prompt efficient and provided a great customer service attitude. They also offered to send a return form for my old phone which was a bit of a surprises because they said they would have sent it back already. Thank you for making this experience more positive
