is a disgrace to the computer industry.I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called them to help with my computer and they said it would cost me 129.99 to fix it. I told them I didnt want to spend that money and they said well then you should just go buy yourself a new one. They are complete idiots and their services suck.

The customer service representative was very unhelpful and told me that they could not do anything because my cables were not the correct length. I paid for their services but now I have to send my computer to be repaired because they did nothing to solve the problem.

is a scamI have used Interweave Technologies for several years now and have had more than my share of terrible experiences. First and foremost the employees here are not at all knowledgeable about their work - in fact one employee actually told me that he only knows how to wire a computer because he watched TV shows when he was younger. Secondly the prices they charge for services are outrageous - I once paid 200 for just basic cable installation which included the installation of two cables and then another 100 for an upgrade to a higher-end model And lastly their customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times over the past year or so just to get help with something simple - like getting my Comcast bill fixed or changing out a bulb in my house - and every time Im dealing with someone who is either very unhelpful or outright rude.
