I was promised that my custom web application would be created quickly and efficiently but instead it took forever and the end product was not even close to what I had wanted. The customer service was also incredibly unhelpful and unyielding. Overall this company is a total waste of time and money.

is not a credible companyI have used this company twice now and both times the work was terrible. The first time they did a basic design for me and then after that they just kept on changing everything without telling me what it would be. I had to ask them multiple times what the final product would look like. The second time they did some really terrible work my website looked exactly like this The third time I used them they actually did a really good job on my project but I ended up having to change all of my content because Intouch Group couldnt even fix the basics of my website properly. So dont bother using them if you want anything done well - youll get nothing but scammy work from these people.

The most recent project I worked on was complete within days of starting but the final product was terrible. They did not even bother to send anything back to me after completion. Company is a company that provides services that include web application development e-commerce and marketing research lead generation and more. The company has a team of experts in all aspects of web application development from coding to design to sales and marketing. I have had a few issues with Intouch Group recently and am now providing my bad experience as it remains current.I was working with this company for 2 years now and have to say that I have been extremely satisfied with the services I have received. With the exception of one incident where the team were not willing to resolve a disputeellectual property matter everything has gone through without any problem. Their customer service is incredibly good too - they always reach out when there is a problem or answer any questions one may have. If you are looking for a company to develop your website then look no further you will be disappointed.

is a well-known web application development company in the Delhi region. They are experts in custom web application development and provide services to businesses and organizations across the globe. I have had two issues with my account so far and they were all with Intouch Group. One was that my account was not charged until I got a support ticketed email from them right before their shift change which I only found out because I got new Schedule of Work. The second issue was something I couldnt control - an eMajors invoice from a project that we worked on for a major bank. Every time we would hit a compatibility issue with their software they would charge my account even though there was no sign of use or use after the release of their version 1.1 Overall its great that you can get help through support but this is not what this email was about.
