The first time I tried to contact them they didnt even respond to my inquiry Once I called their customer service number it was very difficult to get through because the line was constantly busy. The first time I used them they were extremely overpriced and did not deliver what they said they would. The second time was even worse they charged me too much for a service that I really needed and didnt need at all. Lastly the most recent experience was even worse yet- they quoted me an amount of money to perform a service that I only needed a few minutes of work on but then required hundreds of dollars worth of work in addition to it. Avoid intrinium if you can

They also changed my password after I already had it And the worst part is that they have no idea what theyre doing - they keep telling me to send them invoices and proofs of work but never do anything. Save your money and go somewhere else.

has provided high-quality services for my Spokane business for over 10 years. However I recently discovered a few areas in which Intrinium has failed to up its game. Each and every day they send me new suggestions as to how I can improve my current IT operation but they never seem to work until I try one out and then give them feedback about what worked and didnt work. Its been quite some time since weve last heard from Intrinium. Im not sure if their lack of punctuation is due to the spanish words being used or if its just hard for them to keep up with the times but they need more experience before they can offer any help.Intrinium has always been a top-notch company when it comes to IT service for Spokane businesses but I think they could use a continue increase in skills in terms of suggestion writing. Every time I have to contact them about something it feels like theyre trying too hard

.Intrinium.com is a very poor business value. I have used their services for years and have always been satisfied with the results. This year they have done an excellent job icles of my computer repair service. However this past year they havent really done anything new whereas their predecessors had. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
