I used to use intrust-it.com for my IT support needs and the experience was terrible. The people who work there are always very unprofessional and seem to be doing everything they can to avoid having to help customers. They also do a terrible job of communicating with their clients which makes it difficult to get help when needed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Intrust Cyber Security Managed IT Services has terrible customer service. I needed someone to come to my home and wasnt able to do anything because they were out of their shift. When I asked for a call number they didnt have one. I also received a message that there was an emergency and couldnt come back to the office. This is such a bad experience that I have given up hope of ever using them again.
