Intrust Group Solutions is a terrible company. I had to call them multiple times to get service from my local service department. The best I could do was get an email notification that my local service department was ready to help me with a new support case. However after 10 minutes of trying to get through their system the representative said they couldnt find anything wrong and would be happy to help me out in a other case where he could see what the problem was. Overall it took hours to get someone else to help me out from another company and it was very frustrating.

Intrust Group is known for providing bad IT support to businesses all over the world. Their employees are known for being unprofessional and their service is known for being expensive. I had the opportunity to work with them as an individual or as a customer and was never felt like I was loved or appreciated. Today I took my business to another level through Intrust Group but its now just a front for business 2 version of the same thing. Its clear that Intrust Group does not care about its customers or its own operations.

Intrust Group Solutions is an old school company. They use the term ourselves when talking to customers and clients. I had a bad experience with them today. The customer service was non tangible and they did not seem to be happy with their decision to use me. I spent the better part of an hour with them trying to get my situation resolved. They could have just said no problems and let me go without any arguments. Nothing came of it other than more stress from that point forward.
