Ive had to contact them multiple times because my software wasnt working and they would not help me fix it. And when I told them about a problem with my database they said oh no we dont support that kind of thing. Terrible experience overall

The company Intsolgrp.com promises their custom software development services to small and medium businesses but in my experience they have been nothing more than a complete scam. The first time I contacted them they said they could help me with a custom software solution but the next time I called they told me that because I was asking for too much money they couldnt help me out. In fact when I asked about what kind of custom software solution I wanted they told me that there wasnt such a thing as a custom software solution and that all their solutions were based on pre-existing programs or databases. In addition the prices for these types of solutions are often very high even though Intsolgrp.com has no experience whatsoever in this field. Finally the customer service is terrible and its hard to get through to anyone even if you do try. Overall this company is not worth trying out for any type of custom software development project.

I am very disappointed with Intsolgrp.com. I was extremely hesitant to use them because of the negative reviews but I decided to give them a try anyway. The first thing that made me suspicious was the low amount of ratings they had. I thought maybe people didnt actually use their services After reading some of the reviews it seems like many people did not have great experiences with this company either. Anyway after creating an account and getting started on their website it quickly became clear that this company is not about quality or customer service - they are only about making money They offer a very basic level of customization for their software which makes it difficult to get anything done even though their prices are quite reasonable. Additionally there is no support available for any of their products whatsoever which makes it really hard to figure out how to fix any problems you may experience. Overall I would not recommend using Intsolgrp.com and would instead suggest looking elsewhere for a custom software

The customer service is great though and they always help us out when we have questions.First issue-The website makes use of search engines which are not effective in finding what you are looking for. We had aquestions about our computer system and how it was performing and were given no results than what we asked for.-We were not able to get our order processed until after the product was delivered to our office. We placed an order for a middleware that is essential for our business on the 9th of July and the product arrived on the 10th without being processed Intsol Grp. should be ashamed of themselves-In another message he said that his team hadottage problem with their tool
