Im not impressed with this company at all. Ive had a lot of problems with their IT Support services and its just been really frustrating. Theyre always late they dont have the right tools and they keep making things difficult for me. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I was a little disappointed with the customer service I experienced. They were not as quick to listen to my concerns as they should have. technician didnt seem to be really familiar with his job and what he was working on..The company intuitiveit.com.au provides IT support for businesses in Melbourne. However the customer service it provides is poor according to the user. Technician didnt seem to be familiar with his job and was not willing to listen to customers concerns.
