But they need to do more to apologize to their customers for their sudden change in policy.This user seems displeased with the companys recent changes as shown in the first review. They say that the company has been changing their policies around the world too quickly and that this one was especially frustrating. The company should set a faster pace in developing new policies or at least make sure that customers are getting what they expect. If they dont mean it when they say no then theyll have to show us whats coming next.
