The staff is always friendly and helpful and they always go out of their way to help me with whatever I need. The software is excellent and I have never been able to find anything wrong with it. Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and do not understand what they are doing. I had to call them multiple times to get help with a problem and the first time I spoke to someone was very unhelpful and the second time I spoke to someone was even worse. Do not bother using this company

Ipds.com is a terrible business model and product. They are always looking for ways to reduce customer service but they never seem to do anything to improve the product. The customer service is terrible too- they always have the last word and are always trying to tell you how best to use the product. Its really not worth their time or effort.
