I have had to contact them multiple times to get my questions answered and even then they just tell me to go ahead and call their support line instead of helping me out. itimi is an American company that sells technology to help people communicate more effectively over Skype Facebook and other voip products.Ipititiemi is a terrible company. They are always willing to share their own personal opinion on everything and they never seem to do anything right. Every thing they offer is just a copy and paste of what has been done already - its like being in a store and trying to use the same items all the time. Save for maybe one extra thing here or there Ipiitimi makes things incredibly easy for when you dont have enough energy to try something new out there.The customer service is also terrible- they are always happy to help but at the same time are always willing to tell you that you already know everything about their product which is true sometimes.
