irissol.com is terrible I have never had such terrible customer service. The person who answered the phone said they would not be able to help me because I did not have my password and then when I asked him what the password was he just said I dont know we just dont give out passwords. So obviously they do not keep their promises either. Do not use this company if you want your IT services to go smoothly

IRIS Solutions, Review Specifics:

Iris Solutions is a bad business management company. I was a customer for about 4 years and they have now stopped working with me. I have had to move away from their territory because their services no longer work properly. Their customer service is terrible too and they are always willing to take revenge against you by taking money back from the apologize company. If you are not getting help from Iris Solutions within 4 hours of the incident they will start looking for someone else to help you out. There is nothing good about this business anymore.
