I was extremely disappointed with the company ironbrick.com. The website is incredibly outdated and poorly organized making it difficult to find what youre looking for. Additionally the customer service was absolutely terrible. I got told my order wouldnt be shipped because there were too many orders and then when I asked about it they said there were actually only two orders that hadnt shipped yet Needless to say I wont be using this company again.

.Do not go to this company if you are looking for a quality home. I had to replace my entire roof after one year because the ironbrick that was put in before it rotted and fell apart. Additionally the people who ran the business were extremely unprofessional and didnt seem to care about their customers.

I just bought a ironbrick.com account and i was really excited to get it going. I have never had such an irritation with the site before. Its like everything is hard to find information on it. We are getting this message It looks like you lost your account. Im not able to log in to my old account even after spending hours on the site. This is something that I cant do as it says that he has already been dead for thousands of years.I thought maybe someone had died or something and this was their way of goodbye

I found company ironbrick.com to be a bad experience. I started using their products back in 2011 and by 2013 I had stopped going there. The customer service was not helpful or reliable until recently. Ive had to call them up three times now because my iron doesnt work and they dont have the right product for me. Overall its not worth your time and money.
