I would not recommend this company to anyone. The IT services they provide are terrible. I have had to deal with them multiple times and each time the service is worse than the last. They do not care about their customers or their own productivity.

I have never had such trouble with company ironedgegroup.com with their lack of customer service. I called them multiple times during the day and they could not be more different in their attitude. The first time I had to call after work because I was getting errors on my account. The second time I had a visit from their customer service person who said she would try to get a hold of them and when she left I got so upset that I walked out because I didnt believe what she told me. She said it was a personnel issue and walked away. So now every time I call Im asked to leave for bad customer service. Do not use this company if you want to get your IT services from other companies

I had a bad experience with this company. I was a customer for 2 years and it was the worst experience ever. They never fought for my best interests and instead they just did what they always does- they charged me more than what was right and then let me go. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two different IT companies offer me their business for 2 years now and never received a response. I have called written to them multiple times they should start sending letters to my name and got no response. I have also had one company tell me they are moving away and will not be accepting new customers. I work full time and these companies are just too hot to ignore.
