customer service is terrible I just left ironlogix.com and I never will leave their customer service again. They are always trying to get me to pay for something I dont need or that is not what I was paying for. And they also try to collect from me under different grounds such as slow payment time frame and more than once this past month. Plus the phone system here is Pod

.I have had two luck purchases using this website and was very disappointed when they both were returned without an explanation. Both times there was no process to contact customer service or for them to handle the returns. I am going to try not to be a internet feedback seeker but... fecal matter under my desk wilted produce looking like it has been out in the rain all day - thats how I feel todayironlogix.com does not do what it says on the boxNAThis company is just another phone system with IT services as their main focus. They offer nothing but quality products and services at a fair price. Their Return Policy is easy enough but you might want to consider taking your product back after one use since there is no Material-based RETURN POLICY here.
