LlcI am extremely disappointed with Iced Earth. My data is back and clean but because of Iced Earths old technology it took forever to get my money back. We had an issue with our warranty and were forced to use iostream for the repair. The service was terrible and the price was too good to be true. Now that the warranty is up and running Im out esome so far.

LlcI was this companys customer service representative for a while and I knew about their policies and how to use them. But I dont think anyone at this company knows about or uses these policies or how to use them. Thats why the phone call from their customer service office was quite surprising.

I SC Group LLC have been providing data storage services to customers for quite some time now and have yet to receive a bad review. There are several issues with the company which I believe will need to be addressed in order to ensure that customer satisfaction. 1. The Company does not Have a Singleck Storage solution and Was Out of Service for weeks Now More Than Ever 2. The Company DOES Have a Fix for MyData but it was 499month and is now only at 123month 3. Im Sorry To say This But Its A Scam And Iwill never use this Company again
