I was very disappointed with my experience working with company design.com. The website was easy to use and I received the necessary tools to start their business but then they changed their policy and started accepting money from companies that had never won a single customer before. It was difficult to ensure that I was solving problems that were not actually problems for company design.comI am sorry to hear that weffects your business model and time of day you are experiencing problems. ISD - Information Strategy Design, Review Specifics:
I am not happy with company design.com. I was this companys customer service agent and the process wasnt easy or efficient. The people who came to my office were polite but when we ever needed to speak to a live person they didnt. Also the tech staff never got their breaks and kept trying to work too hard or doing too many things at once which resulted in no end result instead of productive effort. Overall I would not recommend this company nor do I use them again in any way
