is not a reliable and trustworthy company.I am very unhappy with the Isidore Group. I have had problems with their services from the beginning. The first time was when they charged me for something that I already paid for and then they didnt deliver on their promise to change my computer because it was too late for that season. They also refused to refund my money even though I paid for the service in full. Overall this company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

is a company that provides IT services to businesses in the Indianapolis Indiana area. After using the company for a short period of time I was disappointed in their services. The customer service was good but the site itself wasnarpped and looked like a simple website made with carelessly prepared source code. The computer system here at work where connected to this source code and it took over two years to get it fixed. I have sent several emails to the company and had no response. I am now back at the beginning of this story.I have used Isidoregroup.com for months now and have had nothing but problems with my computer being connected to the site and all of this taking up resources The help desk is quick to help though not always reliable. There has been one time where my internet was lost completely and it blessed me with an email from customer service that morning which found her quickly But so far so good. The team has been working hard to improve the website and make it more efficient but it seems like the majority of the work is just for show. In order to make a review stand up it needs to be something more than just a list of problems with the site. It seems like this company might not actually be able to do anything on the website anymore. Its completely lacklustre and looks like a waste of time and money.
