.I have never had such terrible service from any company. The guy who answered the phone was very unhelpful and didnt really understand what I wanted. Then there was the fact that my order couldnt be fulfilled because they were out of a certain app I needed... again not helpful at all

They will do whatever it takes to get your money and they havent even done anything good yet. Do not use these guys if you want your business to succeed - instead look elsewhere.

.I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them to ask about an app they were selling and the lady on the phone said that she couldnt help me because she was too busy working on her own app. Then when I asked her how much it would cost to get the same app for my phone she said it wouldnt be a problem because she already had one for her phone. Then when I tried to download the app it wouldnt let me finish because there was a virus on my computer. She told me that if I didnt want to buy the app then I could just uninstall it from my computer and shed refund my money. But now that I know how bad this company is Im not going back and wont recommend them to anyone.

.Im extremely disappointed with ismartapps.co.uk. I have used them twice now and both times their services have been terrible. First of all they dont seem to understand what mobile apps are and how to create them. Second of all their cloud software isnt very good at all. Ive had to switch from one version of it to another because the first one wouldnt work at all on my phone. Overall this company is a huge disappointment and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I SmartApps Experts have created many great websites and mobile apps but company makes a big mistake with the website. They made a website that is too complex and difficult to use. The user experience is not what it should be when using the site. We are not sure how they were ever going to compete with the other companies out there.We have used companys web tool before and it was great for creating our accounts finding us features we need on our sites finding new ways to improve ourAlexa skills and more However this tool does not work with iSmartApps experts so dont bother trying it.
