The company is ISPfix and they are in the business of ISP - Hybrid IT Maintenance and SaaS Management. I had a terrible experience with this company. The first thing that I noticed was the high cost of their services. Second their customer service was very poor. Third their website was very confusing and difficult to navigate. Finally their products were not up to par either. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive never had such a terrible experience with an ISP. I ordered their service and after a few weeks they told me that my internet was down because of some new software that they were contractually obligated to install. Turns out the software was installed by another company not ISPfix and my internet still wasnt working even though it said it was This is the worst experience Ive ever had with an ISP.

Im not happy with this company. I have used them for both ISP maintenance and SaaS management and have had several problems. First the customer service is terrible. They will not answer any of your questions or help you fix anything. Second the products they offer are terrible. They do not work well together and they are very expensive to use. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with ISPfix.com. I ordered my service and immediately noticed that the website was incredibly outdated and slow. After putting in a complaint with customer service I found out that my order was processed without me even having time to try and use the site. The entire process was incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Company offers excellent services but some issues. Some users have had problems with their account going down and not being canfull to fix the issue. Company does not always use the correct term for one another. One user has had to send a support request multiple times. Sometimes its difficult to find information about companys pastissues and their response.
