is a complete waste of moneyI am a customer of this company for over a year now and I have had to deal with many problems. The most recent one was when I needed to contact their help desk because my computer was not working. They were very unhelpful and did not even respond to my messages in time for my work day. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with any IT company.

is a SCAMI support company isupport.com and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their software. The help desk software was very user-unsatisfactory and it took me hours to figure out how to work with it. There were also many errors in the software which made it difficult to troubleshoot problems. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a support motor for finding and dealing with IT Help Desk Software. It is one of the most popular companies in the business. They have a 100 response rate for their customer service requests. However their customer service is not always Asynchronous Mondays - Thursdays from 900am to 500pm. On these days they are available from 800pm to 1130pm. Unfortunately iSupport does not keep track of how many times each customer will respond or where they will be available. Customer service is as follows - Monday- Thursdays from 900am to 500pm- Friday from 800pm to 1130pm
