.comI was very disappointed with company isutility.com. I contacted them because I had a PC that was not working and they said they could come out and fix it for me. After getting there the tech told me that it needed to be completely replaced because it had been in an accident and was not up to snuff. He also said that he would have to charge me an arm and a leg just to do this job Needless to say I did not choose this business - avoid if you can

.comI would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not have any remote PC support and their website is terrible. I had a problem with my computer and they told me it was my responsibility to find someone who could come out and fix it but no one ever came out. The customer service was also incredibly unhelpful and condescending.

I has now been here for three days and Ive not received a single response from this company whatsoever. Im starting to feel like Isutility.com is more interested in losing customers than in providing any type of service.I wouldazyoutly rate this company as a scam and will be leaving immediately
