I bought a brand new laptop for my work from company it-va.com and within 24 hours I was told by customer service that my model no. had been changed. I immediately contacted customer service and they said that it was just a mistake with the manufacturing process and not their fault. I ordered a return process and waited for them to contact me back which never happened. Finally they sent an email asking me to take appropriate action returned laptop change of mind and I did so. After taking appropriate action returned laptop change of mind I received a call from Customer Service who said that they would need my help to find what came off my laptop and she would like to help me understand it-va.coms policy on this type of product return. She provided me with a support ticket which I filed under pending on company website. After about two weeks have passed Gained little faith in customer service I took the headphones off my returned

I just found out that company it-va.com is a bad place to go for your home shopping. I there are so many reviews stating negative things Im not sure where to start. But some general comments would be beneficial.-The service is slow and the customer service is poor.-The staff is unprofessional and doesnt seem to care about their customers.-The prices are too high and the quality is not good.
