I have had the pleasure of working with this company once and they were terrible They did not what their work was and were very slow in doing anything. Overall I would not recommend them or our services to anyone.

"I Was This Companys Service Advisor And The Worst"
IT Architechs, Review Specifics:
I was this companys service advisor and the worst experience ever. The representative that I had was horrible and she needed a new computer and said we would get back to me about it. She never did anything with the call AND SHE SAID THAT WE NEEDED TO FORGET THE COIN OR SOMEWHERE SO WE could find other things for our IT system. Needless to say once I got rid of her we started having trouble with our account and all our services were turned off without warning which is not good when you need help from your equipment.
