TheaterI recently used company itavsolutions.com to order a few components needed for my new home theater. The service was very good and the prices were unbeatable. However Ive had several user reviews which are not positive. They seem to be in the business of making themselves money off of peoples trouble. myself included so I could understand why some people might have felt that this company was trying to make a lot from something that wasnt there. Unfortunately the individuals who have written these negative reviews enjoy drawing attention to things which are undesirable or which may cause problems for others. This is not what we want when we operate a company looking for quality customer service. ourselves included we take pride in our product and ensuring that our customers are happy is top priority.

TheatreI am terrible with customer service and always have been. This time was no different. I started out the best of everything but by the end of the course my phone was completely Taped up and I needed a new TV I had to fight through another day of class where everyone seemed to be talking about their favorite companys solution for this same problem- itavsolutions.com. Finally got a call from support saying we would need someone else to help me get my screen licked because itAVS Solutions is good at solving problems like this... Rating 1
