The IT Concepts Inc. site is a mess. There are no instructions on what to do when you get an error message about your account not being valid. The website also bounces my connection all the time so I cant even try to look at any of the information they offer.

I just had the opportunity to do a purchase on company website and it was a experience I wouldnt recommend. The person who helped me was not customer service representative. They were either out of court or educational about the product they were selling. Ive never been treated like that before. total waste of time
