I have never had such a terrible experience with itconcepts.com The website is really outdated and the customer service is nonexistent. I called them multiple times and nobody ever answered my questions or took their time to help me. In the end I just canceled my order because of it.

I have used this company a few times now and the experience has been terrible. The first time I ordered something online and it didnt arrive until after 9pm which was really late for me. The second time they did an order for me that was way too expensive and took forever to get here. And the last time my order got messed up and I had to go through customer service to get my money back. All in all avoid this company if you can

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner is a total incompetent and does not seem to have any idea what hes doing. His instructions on how to do something are often wrong and confusing. He also seems to be very dishonest which probably explains why people have given him such a bad reputation.
