I am not a remote developer superstar myself but I have worked with company itcraftship.com in the past and they are definitely in the business of hiring remote developers They gave me a great option to working with a team of developers who are better equipped to solve your specific problem. However I did not find any of my qualifications met there. The job was well-defined and the salary was pleasant but there were too many ineptitude points which made it difficult to work with the team.

They are supposed to be a company that provides software development support but they provide nothing but bad customer service. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get my software development support and it has been most frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
