"I Have Never Had Such Terrible"

ITDA, Review Specifics:

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called them to ask about a software upgrade for my computer and after having to wait on hold for what felt like forever I was transferred to someone who couldnt even understand me. Then I started getting really angry at the person on the other end because they were cutting me off and wouldnt allow me to continue talking because I was making too much noise. Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money.

Theyre always trying to add something new to the menu or their app so its very difficult to read but I dont ever feel free to do that. Plus the chat is oftenaughtersreen theres not a lot ofchin an hour I dont spend on this other than waiting for the next adage from them

So you must have been lack with skills in itdadev.com customer service.This company is just another online store that sells ITDA Platform an app development and management tool as a full line of products. They do not yet offer someones best believe support as an option nor do they currently offer any sort of troubleshooting or even technical support for their app development tools.The people who provide the information below are only average users who are trying to do the right thing and making use of the product itdadev.com offers.
