Inc.I got a call from this company on Wednesday morning and I was so surprised because Ive never heard of them before. They said they were from ITEAM SERVICES which is an NYC IT Support Services Company. Anyway the guy on the phone said that my computer had been infected by some virus and he needed to come over and take a look at it immediately. He said that he would also have to remove all of my programs and data because there was no way to fix it without doing extensive damage to the computer. Needless to say I was really upset by this experience and didnt feel like I could trust them at all.
