"I Have Had The Worst Experience With"

I have had the worst experience with ITECH Solutions. The first time I dealt with them they were very unprofessional and told me that they could not do anything because my company did not have a computer. The second time I tried to contact them they would not answer their phone so I called back and left a message. They then said that I needed to come in person so they could look at the computer and tell me what was wrong. When I came in person the lady who answered the phone said that she did not know how to fix my computer and that it must be from another company. She also said that she would put me on hold for someone else and never let me speak to her again. After leaving messages emails and calling them multiple times I finally got ahold of someone who told me that my computer was fixed by another company but that ITECH Solutions still owed me money for it Needless to say this has been one of the most disappointing experiences ever

I am very disappointed with ITECH Solutions. They are not in the business of providing quality IT Services but rather making it difficult for their clients to get what they need. The customer service is terrible and I have had to contact them multiple times because my requests were not being followed through on. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought a computer at company itech-solutions.com and everything was a total mess. Customer service didnt seem to know how to help. They sent me back to the website to start all over again. Im not sure whats up their chain of command but it wasnt meant to be. Try something and see if they dont do it better next time.
