Ive never had such terrible customer service in my life. I was trying to order a computer and they kept telling me it would be out by the end of the week and then it didnt come until next week. Then they said it wouldnt be delivered because there was no request for delivery dates and no way to track it. Finally I got a call from their customer service representative who told me that I needed to get a new account because the one I had was outdated. He also said that if I didnt have an account yet he could set up one for me. This company is nothing but terrible

I was very disappointed with I was given a free trial of company itechflyer.com. The website was easy to use and look at but the first time I got an email about it I couldnt get rid of it. I even used the site to track my business progress and it was so frustrating. I felt like the company was trying to steal my thunder by being more user-friendly than iTechflyer.com. Overall I dont recommend this service.
