is a complete failureI have had the best experiences with Datacom Solutions. Their customer service is excellent and their products are top-notch. However this company has failed miserably in every way imaginable. First and foremost they charge an arm and a leg for services that barely amount to anything. Second their website is incredibly outdated and difficult to use. Third their support staff is woefully unprofessional and unhelpful. Finally their prices are exorbitant compared to other companies in the industry. I would not recommend Datacom Solutions to anyone

Overall I have had excellent experiences with them but the customer service should be bad instead of this
