i have had a negative experience with itinaction.net. the first time they charged me for something I didnt even order and then when i called them to ask what happened the person on the other end said that he was the one who put this in your account which is not true at all. also there was no response to my emails about how to get their attention - basically they just ignored me. overall dont use this company - especially if youre looking for help with your computer or internet problems
