I Itemispivotal.com customer service is terrible. I started a conversation with an officer about my computer and she said that she had used it before and loved the way it worked. I told her that I had been using it for about 4 years and thought it was great. She told me that they never get around to changing the part because its theater and she loved the way it worked too. So Im not sure why somebody would want to buy this computer
