I have had a negative experience with Jones IT. The first time I used them they were very unprofessional and didnt listen to what I wanted. The second time I went in for a minor issue and ended up spending hours on the phone with them because they couldnt find anything wrong. Theyre also really expensive - even compared to other IT companies out there.

This company is a disgrace. They are nothing more than IT consultants who will do whatever it takes to get your system up and running as fast as possible. What they dont understand is how to manage a complex system and how to keep things organized. In addition their service is terrible. The support I received was very poor and the consultant who tried to help me was very unhelpful.

Jones IT is a terrible company. They are always out of town and when they are they cant be there because theyre constantly sending new bills that say they have to go to their local office. Ive sent them pictures of my local office and they still havent sent me a bill. Ive also sent them questions about their services and they dont answer them. So if youre looking for a provider thats high-quality and doesnt send bad reviews look away now.
