I absolutely hated this company I was quoted a price for service that was way too high and then when I got the bill it showed up to be much higher than what I thought. They also did not honor my original quote. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was a customer of Itllc.net for about two years and I have to say that the experience was terrible. The service is incredibly slow the website is very outdated and there are often errors in their customer service emails. In addition their prices are ridiculously high compared to other providers. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im writing this review because I had a terrible experience with ITllC.net. The company is in the business of managed IT and business telecom services which is what they promised to do. However their service was anything but satisfactory. Firstly the customer service was extremely unhelpful and did not seem to be interested in helping me get my problems resolved. Secondly their prices were ridiculously high compared to other providers Ive used in the past. Finally their support team was incredibly slow and unable to help me with my issues even after multiple requests. Overall I would not recommend this company unless youre looking for a very expensive and ineffective solution

Any time I need to connect to or from my old computer I feel like a Legions winner. The team is19 is second-to-none and their customer service is top notch. Again thank you for your continued support.Company itllc.net is a terrible user review provider. They are always willing to help anyone who needs help with their business telecommunications services in New England but their customer service is terrible at all. If you need to connect to your old computer they are perfect however their providers are not.
