is a scamI have been scammed by IT Master Soft. This company is in the business of providing software development services and they promise to help you get your website up and running quickly and efficiently. However once you sign up for their service they start demanding expensive fees upfront and then require continued monthly payments until your website is completed. In addition they do not take kindly to anyone who does not meet their high standards of quality or who does not keep up with their deadlines. Finally after completing your project they give you no credit or refunds - instead they send you a bill for the entire amount of money that was spent on your project I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you are looking for a quick and easy way to create a website - rather than going through extremely difficult and time-consuming workarounds consider hiring someone else altogether.

does not deliver promised servicesI have used IT Master Soft for at least two years now and I have had to contact them a total of 10 times because they never seem to keep their promises. They always say they will get back to me within 24 hours but never do. In addition the software that they offer is terrible. Its very difficult to understand what it does and how it works and its also very buggy. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

This company is nothing but a scam. The first time I contacted them they said they would be able to help me with my website and software development needs. They never did and now Im out over 500.00 in wasted money. Do not bother using this company

wares becomes bad and software development services become bottle neckI have had several issues with company itmaster-soft.com in as recent as February now and they do not seem to be serious about their customer service unfortunately I have sent multiple emails and order number but so far they have not received any response. At all possible including using different addresses phone numbers and everything else I am able to find out my account number phone number and email address all at the same time you can even put in two different information together I also am told that there is no chance of a response even if I send additional emails and orderNumber I will never use this company again or any other company for that matter
