I just moved to company itmindshare.com and I am so disappointed in the customer service. The customer service is not responsive to issues or questions. I had a problem with my computer and they were able to help me out but now they refuse to do anything about it. Im going to give them a weeks notice of where I should send my feedback. Company It MindShare.com does not offer customer service even though the company is said to be based in PA.
