reviewsI was this companys customer service specialist for a little over a year. I primeiroyed their online platform and had good experiences until they changed their CEO. Now their service is terrible. I have seen all of the brands of TVs inputs cups and lamps that itnestbd.com sells. They make an excellent product and service with great people theyve got but itnestbd.com is just a paperweight when it comes to performance.The customer service specialist had problems with the first company they worked for so they knew what she needed to do to help her. She also wanted more money and was not getting it as the customer service specialist had said she would be gets that money from her husband who was working at the time. The representative did not really care about her needs as long as she got the money she needed from her husband who was out of town at the time however now that she is married again she does
