I was very disappointed with itnow.net. The company is in the business of IT Company in Salt Lake City Utah and they provide excellent quality IT services support to their customers. However I was extremely disappointed with the level of service that I received from them. My issue began when I had a question about my computer and their response was very slow and unyielding. Additionally their customer service staff were incredibly unhelpful and difficult to work with. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ServicesI have just returned from my last visit to Inow.net and was very disappointed. The customer service was terrible. I had a Live Chat option but it never worked. I also didnt hear from my account manager once during our conversation. I think that this company is only serious in the business of creating fake reviews to get traffic back to their website from potential customers who may not even be interested in their services. Its not like they are going to help me much since I cant offer anything else of value.
