The customer service is also terrible. I called them and they were very unhelpful and told me to go to their website or call them back in person. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

.comIm currently a student at itopia.com and Ive had great experiences. However there have been a few moments where Ive felt like the service is struggling. For example I recently created a virtual account and started using it. Then I type in the name of a friend and they suddenly have their account cancelled. Its very frustrating when you thought you were on good track but everything goes wrong. I recommend looking for help or finding a tutor if you need help with your studies.
