Do not use this company. I have used them for both my personal IT needs and business IT needs and the results have been disappointing every time. The consultant they hired to do my personal IT work was terrible - he never even managed to get started on anything. He left after about an hour and the project ended up costing me a fortune in additional costs because of his incompetence. And then theres the fact that the company seems to be run by idiots who are always trying to screw over their clients - for example one time they charged me 600 for something that only involved installing some software I already had installed they were advertising that it was a free service. Needless to say Im never going back to this particular provider - if you need help with your IT infrastructure consult someone else first

This company is terrible They are very good at IT support but when I sent them an email asking for help with a problem with my computer I never received back a response. I even tried contacting them by phone and it said they were not up to date on their technology. They did not work out any deals with their clients and the end result was that I used their software on two different computers and it was the worst experience ever
